Sintra, not only a UNESCO World Heritage Site with its magic Castles and Gardens, but also a stone throw away from Lisbon and surrounded by amazing surf breaks. We will ensure that you will experience the best of Sintra,from its mountains and all the magic and mystic places to the wonderful beaches and its huge potential for water sports.

Pedro and Goncalo are local born & bread Praia das Macas boys, who know their beaches and secret spots like no one else. Like many other Portuguese they started off with BodyBoarding and have then progressed into surfing as this sport got more popular in the last decade. By now they are proud owners of Surf At Praias Surf School, that is well renown at the Sintra / Lisbon beaches.
Aline joined the Casa de Surf last season. Despite being born in Berlin, Germany she moved to Sydney, Australia to follow her dreams to wake up and being able to surf every day. After countless Surf trips through the pacific (Hawaii, Indo, Fiji, New Zealand, New Caledonia, Cali, etc. ) she ventured to Portugal to surf the Atlantic coast for a change. Aline is the Casa de Surf House Manager who will welcome you with open arms.
